No its not like that always.

A salon cant be judged on the basis of furniture but yes ofcourse sometimes it makes an impact on the customer.

You can attract your customer by the look and feel of the salon.

So its good to have a sufficient furniture.

I disagree.  You don't need to spend alot on furniture but what you have does say alot about your business.  If you have worn or outdated furniture, you are putting out a certain impression.  Your existing clients might not go away but they would appreciate an improvement.  New clients could easily be put off.

In today's economy you need to set yourself apart, if you are outdated or in poor condition there are cheap ways to improve.  Refinish items you have or find.  We refinished several tables for the salon to look like new, also several chairs. If you are not good at that, I promise you can check the classifieds or craigslist and will see 5+ places closing up and you can get some good stuff cheap.  We just got a brand new custom desk for our place at 1/10 the original price.
