Hello All.
I have recently hired a new salon manager to help organize my salon and to increase sales revenue etc. I often give away many free services as I like to take care of my devoted clientele, such as bang triming (without a haircut), eye brow coloring etc. My manager has suggested charging our clients for these services, even for using color depositing shampoo as a refresher (Artec). My clients are used to having this done as a courtesy but in reality, all of these little things add up and at the end of the day it's money coming out of my pocket since I am purchasing extra shampoo or product.
My question is, do I tell the clients before hand now that if we use this shampoo (or whatever the service is) it will be x amount of dollars or should I tell them while they pay? Or, should I not charge at all for these services? This is in regards to if a client comes in for a blowout or a cut (not a color service)
It seems a bit tacky to offer the service and then say... "For $2 dollars I can use this shampoo if you'd like to refresh your color". I mean, it's only $2 but some clients like to know what they're being charged down to the penny.
Any suggestions or past experiences you'd like to share?
Thank you for you help!

Hello everyone,
Here is a recipe of hair mask for oily hair.
You will need: 5 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. baking soda and 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together. Apply the mixture to the entire hair, concentrating on the roots and leave it on for approximately 40 minutes. Rinse the mask only with water. Do the mask once a week.
Hope you'll like it..!!

Hello all,
Only by facial you can't get extra glow and if you get it then it would be only for sometime.
For permanent extra glow you should take care of your skin, use quality products for your skin and consult to skin specialist.
